Hospitality is
at the heart of it.
We’re the Votipkas. We created The Green House as a smaller, beautiful space with the same heart for hospitality as Factory 633.
We believe celebrating what God calls good is worth making time for: new babies, birthdays, families, and milestones big and small.
Our goal is to make celebrating feel easy, joyful, and meaningful. Bring your food, décor, and people. Choose the vendors you love. We’re here to provide the setting and help you take the next step.
The way we care for people matters just as much as the space itself.
